We are seeking passionate and qualified Certificate III and Diploma Educators who are committed to high-quality early childhood education and care.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
Qualification RequirementsFor Certificate III Educator:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* Understanding of NQF & VEYLDF
For Diploma Educator:
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current WWCC
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
* Strong knowledge of programming and documentation
* Ability to lead room practices when required
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
* Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of all children
* Implement educational programs aligned with VEYLDF
* Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning
* Build strong relationships with families
* Maintain clean and safe learning environments
* Follow all centre policies and regulatory requirements
* Support inclusive practices and additional needs
Additional Responsibilities – Diploma Educator
* Lead room programming and curriculum planning
* Mentor and guide Certificate III educators
* Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
* Support compliance with NQS standards
* Lead family communication regarding child development
* Support centre readiness for assessment and rating
