We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of digital uplift and modern workplace initiatives within a collaborative delivery environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, contributing to solution design, and supporting the delivery of practical, business-focused outcomes. You'll be part of a small team delivering meaningful improvements across customer engagement and workplace technology.
As the Business Analyst will support delivery across a number of initiatives, including supporting the uplift of customer communications through the introduction and enhancement of digital channels such as email and SMS. You will also be responsible for contributing to initiatives that enable flexible and mobile working, including workplace technology, device strategies, virtual desktop solutions and collaboration tools.
Key responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across multiple initiatives
* Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process documentation
* Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery resources
* Support solution design by considering business priorities, user experience and technical constraints
* Participate in workshops and working sessions to support requirements and decision-making
* Assist with delivery planning, prioritisation and sequencing of work
* Identify and support the management of risks, issues and dependencies
* Contribute to documentation to support implementation, change and adoption
To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting digital, technology or transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience working across multiple initiatives or workstreams
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
* A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working with evolving requirements
* Experience with digital communications, workplace technology or similar initiatives will be highly regarded
This role will be offered as an initial contract to 30 June potential to extend.
