We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Building Maintenance Officer to join our Facilities & Maintenance Team. This role will be working part time (20 hours per week) with days and hours flexible to work with your needs. This position suits someone with practical know-how who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and learning new skills on the job. What you’ll be doing You’ll help keep our building running smoothly and support residents with day-to-day maintenance needs, including: Completing general repairs across apartments and shared spaces. Preparing rooms for new residents, including small fixes and final checks. Caring for lighting, safety systems, and general property upkeep. Keeping maintenance and safety records up to date. Working with contractors and suppliers on site. Assisting residents with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support (shared across the team).
