A highly regarded Sydney builder is looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator with around 3-4 years' experience to join their growing commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their CA career who has gained exposure to new build construction projects and wants to continue developing their commercial skills within a supportive, well-run business. The company delivers a range of commercial, education and institutional projects across Sydney, with a strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat clients, ranging between $5 m to $30m. The Role Working closely with a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with procurement and tendering of subcontract packages Preparing and issuing subcontracts and purchase orders Managing subcontractor progress claims and variations Supporting cost reporting and budget tracking Maintaining contract documentation, registers and project records Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams Supporting the commercial management of projects from procurement through to delivery What They're Looking For 3-4 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator position.
