Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing facilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative and seasonal housing experience, with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
* Assist management with clerical tasks, such as accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources.
* Greets customers, clients, and employees, answering inquiries or directing calls where necessary.
* Maintain office memos and informative postings.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for performing administrative functions, including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
2. Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources, including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance.
3. Cleaning of employee common areas.
4. Maintaining employee fitness center.
5. Facilitating on-site recreation events.
6. Inventory Management.
7. Checking in residents to units.
8. Linen management.
9. Conducting monthly health and safety inspections on all housing.
10. Submitting maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements
1. Prior administrative and seasonal housing experience preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
4. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
