Job Opportunity: Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for IT equipment and network infrastructure.
* Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure
* Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP, Firewall, VLANs, Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server, Teamviewer, and Storage
* Windows OS Server and Client, solid understanding of switching and routing, familiar with windows installation, upgrading, and troubleshooting
* Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring, basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers
* Full working rights to work in Australia
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
