This is a **Permanent, Monday to Friday** role.As a **Parts Interpreter** you will:* Provide a high-level service to customers to efficiently manage their parts queries, requests and quotes* Utilise your analytical ability to review CAT resourcing for confirmation of correct part numbers to complete orders* Manage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experience* Perform administrative and cash management practices including receipting of cash, cheque and credit card payments* Provide timely responses to customer order status requests, ensuring lead times are effectively communicated* Identify opportunities to -up-sell parts consumables including fluids, tools, accessories, & noveltiesHastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
