HR Operations Officer
We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end of pay run reconciliations, processing superannuation, Single Touch Payroll transactions and providing integrity reports to payroll teams.
* This includes performing payroll reporting activities such as pay reconciliations, monitoring robotic (RPA) pay advance payment process, statutory payroll reporting ie Single touch Payroll (STP) and superannuation file validations, integrity and exception reporting, scheduling and monitoring payrun task outputs including table updates, and vendor deduction reports and posting files to General Ledger.
* The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to research and investigate human resource management issues. They should be able to recommend effective solutions and coordinate with business areas such as Payroll to facilitate resolutions in a timely manner.
