As a Healthcare Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating clinical and economic adoption of our brands in acute & community sectors. You will develop strategic account management plans to increase product usage, maximize Convatec product access through formulary inclusion and guideline development, and effectively manage designated/focus accounts.
Your multi-role sales experience and ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and deliver superior business results will be invaluable assets in this role. You will also lead projects, set objectives, and drive product access within the NHS to demonstrate business growth.
We seek a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of the NHS structure, strategies, and priorities. Commercial acumen and financial accountability are essential for managing budgets and resource planning.
