Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality environment.
* Demonstrated experience in people management and employee relations.
* The ability to connect with people and have difficult conversations with positive outcomes.
* A highly capable user of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Valid Australian Working Rights.
