Job Description:

The Welfare Officer assesses and assists patients with housing, financial benefits, travel, and other practical needs. About the Role:
As a Welfare Officer, you will work with the Social Work team to provide comprehensive social welfare services for patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing practical assistance, and linking them with community services. Your role will also involve liaising with government agencies and other service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
