The State Retail & Education Manager is responsible for leading the retail and therapy business across Concept Stores, Department Stores, and National Pharmacy locations.
* Drive a best-in-class service culture across all retail touchpoints.
* Achieve commercial sales targets in line with the ANZ Sales and Marketing strategy.
* Lead, coach, and inspire our Beauty Experts, Therapists, and Retail Managers to deliver the Jurlique Service Model with excellence.
* Build strong relationships with key retail partners, while ensuring seamless service standards tailored to each channel.
This role requires both strategic leadership and in-field coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Experience
* Champion the Jurlique Service Model, ensuring consistent delivery across all locations.
* Monitor customer feedback and leverage it to coach, celebrate, and refine service standards.
* Partner with department store managers to embed brand standards into local operations.
* Deliver sales growth through in-field coaching, commercial goal setting, and team development.
* Identify local PR and marketing opportunities, working with the Marketing team to execute.
* Build and drive a strong VIP client base across your region.
* Inspire, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
* Manage onboarding, induction, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
* Lead performance management processes, ensuring managers are equipped to address challenges proactively.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
* Ensure optimal stock levels, manage stocktakes, and minimise shrinkage.
* Oversee pricing, returns, rostering, payroll, and compliance processes across all sites.
* Guide visual merchandising execution to maximise brand visibility and sales performance.
* Deliver professional and tailored strategy presentations to department store partners.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
About You
* 5+ years' experience as a multi-site Area, State, or Territory Manager (beauty, luxury, fashion, or retail).
* Proven success in driving sales and service outcomes across diverse retail channels.
* Strong capability in coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
* Qualifications in Retail, Training, Skincare, or Business are advantageous.
