THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Birtinya, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
An opportunity exists for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Accounts Payable internal invoice portal along with timely and accurate data entry, processing invoices, reconciling statements, updating vendor information, and assisting the accounts receivable team as required. The successful candidate will maintain business relationships whilst delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who enjoys finance/accounts-related work and working with a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring:
* Prior experience within Accounts payable is highly desirable.
* An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service.
* High level communication and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to successfully multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A high level of computer literacy in MS Officer programs.
