As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in connecting organisations and individuals with solutions that improve mental wellbeing.
This role involves a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead engagement, and an individual sales target.
It's perfect for someone passionate about mental health and eager to build a career in sales.
We're Looking for a BDR Who Can Do: Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Reignite interest from dormant customers and drive re-engagement.
Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps.
Lead Qualification: Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs.
Sales Contribution: Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target.
Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
Communicate: Articulate our value clearly and consultatively.
Upsell: Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand current accounts.
You Will Have: Passion for mental health and wellness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
Previous sales experience - 1-2 years in a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
