The desired criteria includes:
* Certificate III or Diploma, or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
* Previous experience working with children in early learning centres
* Current Working with Children's Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
* Passionate and motivated to provide high‑quality educational programmes and learning environments
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members
* A commitment to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture
