**Business Administrator - Part Time**
The business administrator is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and support within the business. The person in this position will provide a core function ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the business.
These responsibilities include:
**_Operational support_**
Occupational health and safety, including maintaining induction documents and conducting compliance checks with the Operations Manager.
**_Scheduling_**
Assisting with the scheduling of work and contractors for work. Booking meetings for the Directors.
**_Equipment_**
Maintaining service records, schedules and documentation. Assisting with the procurement of new equipment.
**_Administration_**
**_Sales Support_**
Assist with writing and generating quotes, tender writing, and following up on the completion of jobs and invoicing.
