Type: Full-Time (Management + Performance Incentives)

Close big deals. Build elite sales talent. Lead from the front.

* Base salary + uncapped commissions + leadership bonus

This is for a top 5% closer with 5+ years of experience who wants to step into a high-impact, high-reward player/coach position.

About the role:

This is a full-time Success Leader position combining elite closing and hands-on leadership.

* 50% closing high-ticket inbound sales calls with warm, qualified leads
* 50% leading, coaching, and developing SDRs and Sales Coaches
* Running daily huddles, roleplays, and performance sessions
* Driving culture, accountability, and revenue growth
* Collaborating across SDRs, VAs, and leadership to optimize pipeline flow

You are responsible for both revenue production and revenue multiplication.

What You'll Do (The Execution)

Close high-ticket inbound sales calls

* Own KPIs: call volumes, appointment rates, show rates, conversions, and revenue
* Lead daily coaching, objection handling drills, and roleplays
* Develop high-performing SDRs and Sales Coaches
* Track and drive performance via CRM (HubSpot preferred)
* Report directly to the Head of Success
* Improve pipeline efficiency and conversion metrics
