Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Perth, WA, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth within customer accounts. The role also involves regular communication with customers to understand their needs and working closely with internal teams to ensure these needs are met.

* Ability to address customer inquiries and issues effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools
* Problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
