Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves helping people, and enjoys being at the heart of operations? As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon & Pearce's Forbes, you'll be the go-to expert connecting our customers and service technicians with the parts they need to keep things running smoothly.
From handling enquiries and stock orders to supporting our service team and merchandising, this role is packed with purpose and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
* Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
* Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
* Researches and interprets parts requirements.
* Places machine down and stock orders.
* Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
* Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
* Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
* Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
* Maintains current product knowledge.
* Participates in Sales Training programs
