AMB Earthworks is an established civil construction company delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roadworks and civil infrastructure projects across regional NSW. Due to continued growth and awarded projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contract Administrator to strengthen our delivery team.
The role
This is a mid-level role suited to a Project Manager or Contract Administrator ready to take ownership of projects and manage both commercial and delivery outcomes.
You will manage projects from award through to practical completion, working closely with site supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities
* Full project delivery including planning, execution and close-out
* Contract administration (variations, progress claims, EOTs and reporting)
* Cost control, forecasting and margin management
* Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management
* Program management and coordination with site teams
* Client liaison and project reporting
* Managing RFIs, approvals, drawings and compliance documentation
About you
* Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
* 3–7+ years' experience in civil construction project delivery
* Proven experience delivering earthworks, subdivisions or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of civil contracts, variations and cost control
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
