We're partnering with a fast-moving technology company building AI-driven software products used across global industries including automation, analytics, infrastructure and intelligent operational systems.
We're looking for an engineer who has genuinely embraced AI-native development — someone who has fundamentally changed how they build software using modern AI tooling, autonomous agents and intelligent engineering workflows.
You'll work across the full product lifecycle building production-grade AI systems, agent frameworks, internal developer tooling and scalable software products in a highly technical environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Building AI-driven software products end-to-end
* Developing and managing agent harnesses, prompting pipelines and evaluation loops
* Creating internal tooling to support AI-assisted engineering workflows
* Working across full-stack environments and modern cloud platforms (React, Python, Node, Rust, Java)
* Leveraging Claude and Claude Code as core daily development tools
* Contributing to architecture, engineering standards and AI development practices
* Evaluating emerging AI frameworks, tooling and open-source models
What we're looking for:
* Strong software engineering experience
* Hands-on experience building production systems with LLMs
* Deep capability with Claude, Claude Code and AI-assisted development
* Experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering and context management
* Strong engineering fundamentals across CI/CD, clean code and scalable architecture
* Engineers comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving frontier-level technical challenges
This is a hybrid Gold Coast role where you will get global product exposure in a highly professional environment. We are looking for Technologists who have an experimental mindset that can turn inputs into meaningful outputs.
