Your new role: As a Mental Health Emergency Department Clinician, you will provide high-quality assessment, intervention and care coordination for consumers presenting to the Emergency Department with acute mental health needs. Working within an interprofessional team, you'll apply clinical judgement, therapeutic skills and recovery-oriented practice to support safe, patient-centred outcomes in a dynamic 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions * Supporting discharge planning and care coordination within an interprofessional team * Managing a clinical caseload with effective prioritisation and time management * Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and service activity reporting About you: You're a motivated and capable allied health professional who performs strongly under pressure and values collaborative, person-centred care. You bring sound clinical skills, strong communication and a genuine commitment to mental health service delivery in emergency settings.
