Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to support a key operation in the Hunter Valley region. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities, as well as coordinating with supervisors, trades, and supply teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule weekly maintenance activities
* Use Pulse CMMS to plan and track tasks
* Cordinate availability of labour, materials, and plant access
* Collaborate with maintenance, stores, and operational teams
* Monitor plan progress and adjust for emergent work
* Communicate scheduling priorities to supervisors and trades
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
* Experience planning CHPP or fixed plant maintenance
* Familiarity with Pulse CMMS preferred
* Strong coordination and time management skills
* Experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment
* Local to the Hunter Valley region or DIDO within 1 hour of Muswellbrook
* Right to work in Australia
About This Role:
This is a 3–4 month contract, suited to a local or DIDO-based candidate (no camp or FIFO available). You'll manage weekly planning and scheduling of work orders using Pulse, coordinating with supervisors, trades, and supply teams to ensure labour and materials align with the schedule.
