Senior Consultant - Business Transformation - Brisbane
As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform, Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation. This role is based in Meanjin (Brisbane).

Skills And Attributes For Success
* 3–5 years of experience, along with a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results‐driven solutions.
* Thrive in fast‐paced, ever‐changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. Value innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact.
* Hands‐on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills.
