More about the recruitment stages
Online Test/Video Submissions
When the test opens, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete it. Participation in this evaluation is mandatory to validate your application in the recruitment process and must be completed within the specified date window – no exceptions will be considered.
Please note: Before beginning the online assessment, you will be required to confirm your availability to work part‐time for this position, your willingness to relocate to Perth or Sydney if necessary, and your eligibility to work in Australia. These confirmations will be completed on the test platform. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified from the recruitment process.
The online assessment consists of a proctored test, which must be completed in one sitting (~80‐90 minutes). It includes GMAT‐style questions requiring critical reasoning and logical analysis of business cases.
Visagio may also ask candidates to upload videos answering predetermined university‐major related questions and subjects as part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside your resume and university transcript as part of our screening process.
To find out more about how to prepare for the online test, visit our Visagio Talent web page at www.visagiotalent.com.
Perth
Successful candidates in the initial phase will receive an invitation to the assessment centre (Perth only).
Sydney
Successful candidates in the initial phase will receive an invitation to an in‐person interview.
Assessment Centre (Perth candidates only)
Candidates will be split into groups to resolve and present a business case study within a defined time frame. Applicants from both the technology and management consultant streams will be mixed, working on the same case. Please ensure you are available for the entire day, as the process will likely run for 4 to 5 hours.
TIP: During the assessment centre, make sure you have clear assumptions that align with the case and explain your line of thinking cohesively to the assessor.
In‐person Interview
Candidates who pass the Online Test and CV Review phase (SYDNEY) or the assessment centre (PERTH) stages will be invited to a 50‐minute in‐person interview (in the office of the region you apply for) with Visagio partners and consultants. Successful candidates typically start their internships around a month after the recruitment process concludes.
TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.
