Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development:
* Generate new catering leads through proactive outreach and relationship building
* Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to booking confirmation
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
* Achieve monthly catering revenue targets
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our catering packages
2. Event Coordination:
* Coordinate catering events for groups ranging from intimate gatherings to corporate functions
* Manage event logistics including menu planning, dietary requirements, and venue coordination
* Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution
* Handle event bookings across all locations
* Coordinate special events and promotional activities across all locations
3. Customer Service:
* Respond to catering inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Provide detailed quotes and proposals using our per-person pricing structure
* Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions
* Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial contact through event completion
4. Administrative Duties:
* Process catering orders and coordinate with kitchen teams
* Manage event calendars across multiple locations
* Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
* Support with social media content related to events and catering
