Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating programs that support employee engagement, wellbeing and team culture across regions
* Providing leadership across dispersed teams and building strong regional connections and relationships
* Supporting staff performance and development and managing onboarding processes at various sites
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong leadership experience and excellent communication and consultation skills
* Ability to motivate others and drive goal achievement
* Knowledge of quality community support service delivery and strong computer skills including MS Office and database management
