Relationship Executive - Not For Profit Portfolio

Role Overview : You are a relationship builder, passionate about nurturing a client base of Not for Profit organizations and building new business. We support Not For Profit organizations across Melbourne to build successful futures, fostering a collaborative and flexible team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Not For Profit clients with complex banking needs, leveraging your insights, experience, and innovative products to support organizational growth.
* Manage an existing client book while focusing on new client acquisition and identifying additional opportunities within current accounts.
* Collaborate with a team including Relationship Executives, Account Managers, and Analysts to deliver exceptional service and solutions, aiming for long-lasting relationships and sustainable business growth.
* Target businesses with turnovers between $30m-$150m or commercial lending requirements of $10m-$50m, offering services such as transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance, and risk management.
Ideal Candidate :
* Experienced in building and leading successful Commercial or Corporate portfolios, with commercial lending above $30m.
* Skilled in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
* Proficient in using networks and referral partners to identify new opportunities.
* Comfortable with financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding cash-flow drivers.
This role suits an experienced Emerging Corporate or Commercial Banker seeking to deepen their expertise in high-value lending within a growth-oriented team.
