Ignite are looking for an experienced organisational change manager required to develop, deliver and maintain effective change strategies and supporting plans to facilitate the delivery of a program goals and benefits.
In this role, you will be delivering the change management program and accountable for the below:
- Assess Change complexity and determine appropriate level of change support to each impacted group,
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify change initiatives
- Formulate and implement change and adoption strategies
- Liaise with the Communications and Engagement stream to design and implement communication plans,
- Conduct organisation readiness and risk assessments for the program initiatives
- Conduct training needs analysis and manage the delivery of training to end users/ staff
- Act as a coach and internal change consultant to project resources, leaders, managers and teams
**Essential Criteria**
- Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry;
- Proven experience and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and able to engage with all levels of an organisation, influence others and envisage a common goal;
- Proven experience with organisational change on a substantial IT Program (with sub-projects and multiple streams of work);
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts;
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle; and Change management certification or designation will be highly valued.
- Ability to track and report the change and people experience in a data-driven, reportable fashion.
