Bring your creative digital content and technical expertise to a volunteer‐based emergency service agency that supports communities of New South Wales. Lead a team of digital content specialists in a high‐pace and exciting environment. Full‐time ongoing role in Wollongong with the prospect of a hybrid working arrangement. Attractive total salary package of up to $161,710.

The Manager Web and Digital Content is responsible for managing a specialised team to oversee the end‐to‐end creation, management, and distribution of digital content that informs, engages, and empowers the public, while ensuring brand integrity and strategic alignment. When severe weather strikes, this role will play a key part in operational activity and may require travel to support operations and/or to gather digital content across operational zones.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and deliver digital communication frameworks and content.
• Technical skills and expertise in managing websites, systems and design to ensure content is appropriately managed and accessed.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in managing a team of digital content creators and understanding technical backend systems to support web systems and design.

• 35‐hour work week with potential for flexible arrangements such as a nine‐day fortnight or a four‐day work week.
• Hybrid working environment—time in the office and time working from home.
• Salary range of $129,464–$142,655 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading.
