The Opportunity Due to sustained growth and expansion, we are looking for an energetic Office Administrator who brings a unique blend of high-level interpersonal skills and a strong systems understanding. While you’ll be the friendly face at the front door, this role is really about what happens behind the scenes. You’ll be the one keeping our head office logistics moving and our document systems in top shape. What You’ll Be Doing Every day will look a little different, but here’s a taste of what’s involved: Welcoming and directing visitors with a professional and friendly approach Take charge of our management system document control Answering and redirecting incoming calls Distributing documents and managing approvals Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Ensuring documentation meets company standards Managing meeting room bookings and carpark allocations Coordinating office maintenance and repairs Ordering uniforms, office and kitchen supplies Cleaning and stocking kitchen areas (think coffee machine and dishwasher top-ups) Booking travel for our Head Office team Supporting employee onboarding Keeping our floor plans and seating charts up to date Reconciling credit cards and making ad hoc purchases Assisting with planning and coordinating company events and team activities Ideally You'll Bring 4 years in a professional Administration role, with a demonstrated background in understanding systems. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Pro with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new software A forensic eye for detail; you understand the importance of file naming conventions and data integrity.
