Your day in the life of an Executive Assistant at Optus
**Diary Management**: Scheduling appointments, understanding key Director priorities, and liaising with other Executive Assistants.
**Meeting Preparation**: Booking rooms, developing agendas and presentations, and collating materials.
Producing high quality formatted and presented documentation and presentation slides with a quick turnaround, utilising Word, Excel and PowerPoint
**Travel and Expense Management**: Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies, and administering expense claims.
**Event Coordination**: Organising hospitality events and other internal and external events.
**Administrative Tasks**: Processing purchase orders, maintaining organisational charts, and assisting with HR/admin tasks.
Your skills to pay the bills
Excellent experience with MS Suite.
Highly developed attention to detail, interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong technical computer skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
