Your Next Opportunity Based at our Bulleen Concrete plant, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Front-End Loader operator, to join our high performing and committed team as a Plant Operator.
As a Front End Loader operator, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that concrete is produced to a high standard, and that the production runs smoothly efficiently.
primarily operating the Front End Loader, you'll be responsible for ensuring to maintain it, monitor production metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
The Operator must be prepared to work a rotating roster comprising of days, nights and weekend shift work.
Your Day will involve: Operating front-end loaders to weigh and load materials.
Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.
Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.
Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.
General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
What we are looking for?

Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management.
