About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will support payroll processing, handle general administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process fortnightly payroll
· Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping data
· Prepare and file payroll reports and documentation
· Provide general administrative support (emails, scheduling, filing, etc.)
· Debtor and Creditor follow up
· Support admin and accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
· Prior experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative support
· Familiarity with payroll software (Uni Pay.)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
