We're looking for a detail‐driven Finished Artist who can take existing creative concepts and accurately roll them out across packaging, brochures, trade collateral, digital assets, templates, and other marketing touch points.
This role is perfect for someone who loves precision, consistency, and print production while being comfortable designing layouts and assets when required.
You will work closely with the Design Manager and wider creative team to ensure artwork is accurate, compliant, brand‐aligned and press‐ready every time.
Packaging Artwork
* Roll out designs across multiple SKUs, variants, formats, sizes and dielines.
* Prepare press‐ready files including bleed, trim, varnish / embellishment plates and print annotations.
* Manage updates to existing packaging artwork.
* Version control with accuracy.
Collateral & Assets
* Update and adapt brochures, detailers, POS and flyers.
* Prepare final artwork for print across digital and offset processes.
* Create and update campaign assets, trade decks, digital banners and templates.
* Export for appropriate platforms and specifications.
Brand Consistency
* Maintain brand guidelines across typography, colour, layout hierarchy, iconography and spacing systems.
* Ensure consistency across product ranges and collateral.
Production Accuracy
* Troubleshoot pre‐press issues.
* Liaise with printers for specs, colour matching and proofs.
* Spot and correct micro‐errors missed during review.
Design Support
* Design small‐to‐mid‐level creative assets when required.
* Layout problem‐solving and visual optimisation.
* Iterate on existing creative systems with good judgement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Finished Artist, Creative Artworker or Packaging Designer (agency or in‐house setting).
* Packaging / FMCG and / or pharma experience is preferred.
* Strong Adobe Illustrator & InDesign skills.
* Experience preparing press‐ready artwork and liaising with printers.
* Understanding of dielines, bleed, trim, safe areas, overprint & knockout settings.
* Experience with brand roll‐out and consistency.
* Digital and social asset creation.
* Proofing accuracy (grammar, hierarchy, spacing, legal copy).
* Understanding of regulatory copy (bonus).
* Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva (for rollout), Monday / PageProof / Figma exposure.
