The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a management role in retail
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Experience in training and coaching team members
* Proven track record of exceeding set goals and KPIs
* Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising and stock management
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an in-store experience
* Interest in fashion and retail
