Lead Inclusive Education Professional
Part-time role in Term 1, 2026. Develop and implement inclusive education practices in Primary and Secondary school settings.
* Assist Director of Inclusive Education in developing, implementing and overseeing inclusive education practices across Primary and Secondary schools.
* Support students with diverse learning needs, including disabilities, learning difficulties and social-emotional challenges.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to design effective learning plans and interventions.
* Comply with NCCD funding submissions, adjustments and documentation according to government policies.
* Provide guidance, training and mentorship to Learning Support staff.
* Contribute as a member of the Inclusive Education Team.

Requirements
* Passion for teaching and Christian education.
* Active commitment to a local church aligned with the College's mission and values.
* Experienced and qualified teacher (VIT registered) with additional qualifications or training in Special or Inclusive Education.
* Leadership experience in inclusive education, learning support or wellbeing.
* Strong knowledge of NCCD processes, individual learning plans and differentiation.
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Strategic thinker who can lead change and build capacity in others.
