Grand Pacific Health (GPH) is a for-purpose community-based organisation dedicated to providing high-quality health services to support individuals in managing their physical and mental health. Our mission is to deliver equitable healthcare, with a focus on assisting vulnerable and at-risk populations, as well as regional communities. GPH employs over 400 staff, including qualified health professionals, peer workers, and community workers. Our operations span a large regional area across NSW and ACT.
About The Position
The Business Development Project Officer is responsible for writing tenders and coordinating the establishment of new programs and services. They will undertake various projects aligned with GPH's Strategic Plan, collaborating with stakeholders both within and outside of GPH. This pivotal role ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects across the organisation. This is a full-time, temporary position (12 months).
We are seeking candidates based in the Illawarra or South-West Sydney region; however, applicants from any of our locations will be considered. Full-time roles may include a Rostered Day Off each month.
We Are Looking For Someone With
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, health, social sciences, or equivalent experience
* Project management experience with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Exceptional writing skills with proven experience in producing high-quality documents and tenders
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to workload management
