Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a high-performing kitchen team with a focus on mentoring and developing staff
* Ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance standards
* Implementing quality control measures to uphold consistent food excellence and presentation
* Designing and executing a European-inspired culinary vision across all dining outlets
* Overseeing all kitchen operations including food preparation, service, cost control, and staff management
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
* Creativity, precision, and passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences
* Current Executive Chef experience or 2–3 years experience as a Sous Chef ready to step up
* Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing teams in high-end or resort-style kitchens
