Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver superior customer service and expert styling advice. Drive sales and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced luxury menswear environment. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staffing, stock management, and visual merchandising to maintain the brand's premium presentation. Analyse sales trends and implement effective strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain impeccable store standards. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in retail management Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Immaculate presentation with a polished, professional appearance - you'll set the standard for the brand's luxury service. A genuine passion for styling, customer service, and creating a tailored, luxury shopping experience. Ability to manage and thrive in a fast paced, results-driven retail environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a calm and efficient approach under pressure. Availability to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster Why This Role?
