About the role: Working closely with clients, counsel and experts and be involved in a broad mix of contentious matters, including: Insolvency and restructuring disputes. Class action proceedings. Commercial litigation and shareholder disputes. Regulatory and investigations-related matters. Court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions. Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and advice. The ideal candidate: Have at least 2–3 years’ PQE. Strong drafting, research and analytical skills. Confidence working with clients and managing competing deadlines. A proactive, commercial and team-focused approach.
