Role
Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultants' and as part of the Bathroom Life team in Sydney, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. Open Consultant and Concierge positions available at St Leonards, Rosebery, and Waverley!
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain outstanding relationships
* Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
Qualifications and Ideally
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
* Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
* Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
* Wants to develop their career – either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
