About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hands-on Bakery Staff to work in our production team with a focus on mixing and depositing. This role is key to ensuring our products are made to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate mixers, depositors, and related bakery equipment.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately to meet daily targets.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, adjusting processes as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with food safety and WHS standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
About You
- Experience in food manufacturing, commercial baking, or similar production environments (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to follow procedures and uphold food safety standards.
- Positive team player with a good work ethic and reliability.
