Responsibilities
* Design and implement technology solutions tailored for HR systems.
* Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications.
* Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.
* Participate in audits related to security, compliance, and internal controls.
* Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities.
Technical Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
* Expert proficiency in Solution Design.
* Master proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.

Mandatory Requirements
