The Role
* A fantastic opportunity for experienced Property Managers looking for something different, with no leasing, no weekends, and a stronger focus on relationships, systems, and growth
* Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to support day‐to‐day operations and deliver a seamless client experience
* Implement and optimise new software systems to enhance processes, efficiency, and scalability
* Train, mentor, and uplift offshore team members, helping them perform at their best
* Manage onboarding for incoming offshore staff, ensuring a smooth and well‐supported start
* Own data integrity, maintaining accurate, clean, and up‐to‐date information across systems
* Build deep product and service knowledge to support both clients and internal teams
What we are looking for
* Minimum 2+ years' real estate experience and a deep understanding of industry pace and expectations
* QLD Real Estate registration
* Exceptional people skills with the natural ability to build rapport, influence, and connect effortlessly
* Impeccable organisational skills
* Tech‐confident and quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes
* Polished written and verbal communication
