Join our Client as a Content Manager (Admin Helpdesk Support) for 6 months as a non-ongoing emlpoyee, working with a talented team to tackle helpdesk enquiries, ensure smooth incident resolution, and uphold information management standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming helpdesk enquiries with precision and efficiency.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Ensure compliance with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
4. Manage mailbox and provide exceptional customer support.
5. Generate monthly reports using ServiceNOW to track progress.
Experience Needed:
6. Proficiency in Content Manager 9 or above system administration.
7. Previous customer support or helpdesk experience.
8. Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting capabilities.
9. Familiarity with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
