About Your New Role
* Are you passionate about supporting and guiding children
* Be provided with extensive training, onboarding, and support
* Support the development and delivery of child focused programs with industry leading program planning tools

Responsibilities:
* Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
* Support the service manager with planning, preparation and service delivery
* Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
* Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
* Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Experience And Qualifications
* Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
* Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
* Completed a Diploma level qualification.
