The role of a Valet Concierge involves providing exceptional customer service in a premium setting at Melbourne Airport.

* Full manual VIC Drivers Licence and clean driving record
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key responsibilities include greeting customers, providing professional valet services, offering expert knowledge of the airport precinct, collecting and accurately labelling keys, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, organising paperwork, ensuring policies are adhered to, and assisting the team.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, creating memorable experiences for customers. They will be required to complete a medical assessment and must be comfortable walking up to 10,000 steps per shift and working on their feet for up to 8 hours.
