About Us
The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7 night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world.
About You

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
* Experience working in a fast-paced team - Essential
* Experience in food provision services – Essential
* Previous experience in food & beverage / catering – Essential
* Experience in the Tourism and/or Hospitality Industry - Desirable
* Current First Aid Certificate – Desirable
About the role
This position is an integral part of our galley (kitchen) team. Tasks include food preparation, ensuring food is rotated and kept in a clean and orderly manner, assisting with galley cleaning and maintenance, assisting with galley duties such as dish-washing and the transportation, and loading and unloading of food and equipment.
The Galley Hand is responsible for the maintenance of health and hygiene standards as required for a commercial kitchen under the guidance of the Head Chef and is required to keep all food service and preparation equipment clean and hygienic at all times.
