is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced, and hands-on as a
Co Caretaker / Guest Experience Attendant
This casual opportunity is perfect for a customer service professional is ready to embrace the unique perks of living onsite.
Caretaking:
* Live onsite in a fully furnished room,
* Free
accommodation, Wi-Fi, and electricity
* Provide an overnight onsite presence to ensure guest and property safety
* Respond to after-hours guest enquiries, incidents and emergencies
* Ensure compliance with property procedures and safety standards
* Maintain clear and accurate handover notes for day operations
Key Responsibilities:
As a Co Caretaker / Guest Experience Attendant you'll be the first point of contact for guests - providing exceptional service while supporting daily front office operations and caretaking duties.
* Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintained
* Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
* Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
* Support and guide the front office team, leading by example
* Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
* Assist with monthly reporting and administrative duties
* Promptly address guest feedback or complaints
Shift Details (subject to change):
* Day shifts scheduled across Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
* Caretaking duties across four days, working split shifts 7:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 5:00pm
* Responsibilities will include general housekeeping, front office, and caretaking duties
* Role will involve opening and closing the property, with periods of working independently
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour
Saturday: $40.05 per hour
Sunday: $46.73 per hour
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
* Proficient with reservation systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Eligible to live onsite and perform shared caretaking responsibilities
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
